Jordan quickly outgrew the standard real estate website and in 2007created a standalone shadow MLS system. He is one a few agents whogathers the complete MLS databaseand then stores it in within his own system. This allows for muchquicker, accurate and customized searches -- giving his web visitorsand clients the most robust experience. The daily updates have becomevery popular among his clients.
His business background has given him the ability to understand andwork through non-typical transactions. From today’s short sales tocomplex financing he is able to assist his clients and has theconfidence to research the answers if he does not know them.
