Jordan Fainberg:

Jordan quickly outgrew the standard real estate website and in 2007 created a standalone shadow MLS system. He is one a few agents whogathers the complete MLS database and then stores it in within his own system. This allows for much quicker, accurate and customized searches -- giving his web visitors and clients the most robust experience. The daily updates have become very popular among his clients.

 

His business background has given him the ability to understand andwork through non-typical transactions. From today’s short sales to complex financing he is able to assist his clients and has the confidence to research the answers if he does not know them.
